Seeing his professional background, with an illustrious career spanning 35 years, Mr. Raja Aesiah retired as a Assistant General Manager from the Tamil Nadu State Cooperative Bank (TNASC). Following his retirement, he pursued his passion for law and has been practicing as an Advocate in the Madras High Court for the past 7 years.

Mr. Daniel Abdiel, Co-Founder of STEM Organisation, has a remarkable story of resilience and determination. Born in a small village Vadugusathu near Arani, his childhood was marked by adversity and hardship. His journey, shaped by adversity, has equipped him to empathize with and support vulnerable individuals.
Hailing from an orthodox family, Mr.Daniel Abdiel life took a dramatic turn after his mother’s tragic passing. The subsequent family breakdown left him without parental care, love, and a safe environment. His grandfather, a retired army officer, took him under his wing, raising him during his formative years. After losing his grandfather, who raised him, Mr. Daniel Abdiel faced hurt and abuse under his stepmother’s care. At the age of 12, he found refuge in Chennai with the help of his elder brother.
Despite struggling to survive, he continued his education with the support of his elder brother and kindness of others, including teachers, friends, neighbors, and church community.
Initially, Mr. Daniel Abdiel pursued a semi-skilled job, feeling hopeless about his future. However, a transformative experience led him to dedicate his life to public service. Regarding his Education Background he done his B.TH (Bachelor of Theology) and later, M.Div. (Master of Divinity in Counseling Major) from two different bible colleges. Then in secular, he done his B.Sc. Psychology and M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology from two different Universities.

During his early adulthood, Mr. Daniel Abdiel suffered a heart attack due to severe anemia. Despite this setback, his facilitators encouraged him to persevere, and he completed his studies.
Through his experiences, he gained a clear vision to serve the community that had supported him. He began his ministry, leveraging his passion for social work and counseling to make a positive impact. Deeply impacted by his own struggles, Mr. Daniel Abdiel fostered a strong desire to help others overcome similar challenges.

Kavitha Rani, Founder of STEM Organisation, is a professional & Passionate Social Worker for community development. Her dream of establishing an NGO to serve marginalized communities has driven her to dedicate her life to social work.
Ms. Kavitha Rani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Madras School of Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Mohammad Sathak College of Arts & Science. She further enhanced her expertise with an M.Phil. in Social Work from Stella Maris College.
Initially, she pursued a teaching career as an Assistant Professor in three different colleges and served as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Madras. However, her true calling as a community practitioner led her to resign from her position as Head of Department and focus on direct community engagement.
